MINUTES FROM December 7, 2011 BEE HOLE BEAVERS SNOW MOBILE CLUB MEETING
December 7th 2011
Meeting called to order by President Bill Lane.
Bill Palmer- Sign/banner for events and member drive table was made, cost was $72.00
Chris Weir- Pig Roast update:
Brought tickets for the roast
30 tickets
will be brought to Lemays
160 tickets were made
We need to sell 50 or 60 tickets to make $
Pig Roast Fliers
We will begin to be a well established pig roast-do it every year for people to look forward to
Lemays needs a two week notice on how big we want to pig to be
January we will have a good idea about how tickets are selling
Trails Report:
Trails are being cut North to South
Bridge at Center Road raised a foot
Shingles still need to be cleaned up, 3 loads
Can drop off at BCEP for
free
Decatos pit is currently closed

3 stumps need to be taken out

Trail to Park from School is reported to be very
narrow.

Grant is 1250 for back hoe
work
Donate money back to the club
Groomer: Some discussion was held on applying for a grant for a Side by Side groomer
80% comes from government
65% comes from state
Grant-in-aid report:
Grant contract, asked for $3348.00, got $1250.00 Most of the state got the same $ as last year.
State had 1.2 mil. to
spend on clubs and trial maintenance this year
